Protect a tenancy deposit
Pre-launch: The High Towers deposit protection scheme is being prepared for launch. You can create and save a protection application now; no deposit is protected and no money is taken until the scheme and its authorised financial partner are live.
For landlords and letting agencies, whether or not you use the property software.
- Create an account and enter the tenancy, the parties and the deposit amount.
- Submit it for verification by the scheme administrator.
- When the scheme is live, the tenant pays the deposit to the scheme's authorised financial partner and receives a certificate.
- At the end of the tenancy, disputed deductions go to an independent adjudicator.
