Who we are

High Towers Construction Company Limited, trading as High Towers Property Services. We supply software, will administer a tenancy deposit protection scheme and run a repairs marketplace. We do not manage property, hold client money or lend.

Mandates

An agency may act for a landlord only within the scope, dates and limits of a mandate the landlord has granted and may revoke.

Money

Payments, deposit custody and lending will be provided by an authorised financial institution. High Towers never receives rent, deposits or loan funds.

Your data

We collect what each service needs, record your consent where required, and keep an audit trail of access. Staff access to your records requires a support reason and is logged. Contact help@hightowers.ng to exercise your data rights under the NDPR.
