Does High Towers manage my property?
No. Landlords and agencies manage their own properties on High Towers. An agency can act only under a mandate the landlord grants and can revoke.
Who will hold my deposit?
When the scheme launches, deposits will be held by the scheme’s authorised financial partner, never by High Towers, the landlord or the agency.
Who decides a deposit dispute?
An independent adjudicator assigned after a conflict check. High Towers staff never decide claims.
Do I need an account to book a repair?
No. Enter the address and describe the problem; we give you a reference and a private link to track it.
Is rent finance a High Towers loan?
No. ShieldDeposit is the proposed lender, subject to regulatory authorisation. High Towers charges nothing and takes no commission.
